Events
In the centaur camp, we hear a call for one-on-one combat, to decide this battle. The khan move forward, and a disembodied voice answers from the heavens. A roc descends with a storm giant, holding a lightning bolt. The khan and this giant trade ranged attacks, and the giant lands. Drawing a greatsword, the khan tosses his bow aside and charges. With basically no effort, the giant knocks the khan’s lance aside, and bifurcates the khan. The centaur horde runs away, the giant flies home. Talks of parties arise, and we begin planning for our next assassination: the horned devil attached to Vander Meer.
Much yelling, confusion, decisions, and general disorder happens around the table. Eventually, after making absolutely no plans, with absolutely no proper direction, we decide to just meander into the camp and hang out until we see a time to strike.
In the evening, Van Dermere and his entourage head towards a bonfire, presumably to give a speech. Everyone except Gad’af Sree sneaks into the tent, more yelling ensues, and eventually Van Dermere gives a speech congratulating his men and encouraging their celebration. Then, the horned devil attached to Vander Mere basically starts a coup in the Far Territories. Vander Mere is not amused.
They return to Vander Mere’s tent, the party successfully hidden. Gad’af Sree dimension doors into the tent, and dimensional shackles the horned devil. The party pounces! The fight it hard, but we prevail!
We assure Vander Mere of our assistance for his rebelion, and he rallies his men to destroy the remaining demonic forces. GREAT VICTORY!
